Career Readiness Workshop with Megan Adukaitis and Rachel Winterstine

The Career Readiness Workshop at the Oley Valley Community Library on December 14, 2023 featured presentations by Megan Adukaitis, Director of Career Services at RACC, and Rachel Winterstine, HR Business Partner at Paragon Consulting. Covering essential topics like AI technology, resume building, interview etiquette and LinkedIn profile creation, the workshop aimed to guide individuals starting or transitioning in their careers. Attendees received valuable insights, and the presenters generously shared their PowerPoint presentation for those who couldn't attend in person.
